Service Agreement

By accessing 360VRFX services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our VR solutions are provided 'as is' and we strive for 99.9% uptime on hosted virtual environments.

Intellectual Property

All custom 3D models, code architectures, and VR experiences developed by 360VRFX remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via a signed master service agreement.

User Conduct

Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering our VR applications or using our services for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
